Our commitment

The Fellowship at Bend is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible RENEW website and event experience. We work to remove barriers and to provide reasonable support so people with disabilities can access information and participate meaningfully.

02

Accessibility standard

Our website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and conformance is reviewed as content, services, and event details change.

03

Website features

The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive links and image alternatives, visible keyboard focus, a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable controls, responsive layouts, high-contrast colors, form labels and error messages, and reduced-motion support when requested by a device.

04

Compatibility

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Using an older browser, unusual browser settings, or a third-party service may produce a different experience.

05

Known limitations

The interactive map and linked Google services are provided by third parties and may have accessibility behavior outside RENEW's control. The current forms are front-end previews and do not send information. Final parking, physical accessibility, and event-day accommodation details are still being confirmed.

06

Event accommodations

Contact the RENEW team as early as possible if you need an event accommodation, accessible parking information, communication support, seating assistance, mobility access details, dietary information, or another adjustment. We will review requests individually and respond with the information currently available.

07

Report an accessibility barrier

If you cannot access part of this website, tell us the page or feature involved, what happened, the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to reach you. We will make a good-faith effort to provide the information another way and improve the experience.
